Feeling fat

It was during the December before we went on a Holiday when my hubby and I started on a diet and I started doing exercises,, we were doing well and we lost 5 kilos each just by doing it and for only 4 weeks of doing exercises and diet...

Now we are back after the holiday and we are still on a holiday mode... meaning we eat like we are on a holiday.. EAT everything ... and sadly we gained back the kilos that we've lost ...

As we look at the holiday pictures ,, it was nice to see that we are looking trim ,, but now ,, absolutely disappointing ,, anyway,, we decided that we need to go back on our healthy diet and might do a exercise on a dip station I know that it would be hard to do it ,, because the urge and the motivation in not there.... But I hope that we can make it and keep the weight off....
