Too Close
This is my second entry for the Macro Monday and I like joining here,, Although I am not a photographer , when hubby bought me a DSLR I just like taking pics and experiment with it; and by I am willing to learn and open for more tips and suggestions about photography..
I also love Lisa's site because she takes good photos and it inspires me a lot ,, so check her MACRO MONDAY here...
I used a Baby lens with macro lens on this one.... I rarely use my baby lens but I'm not 100% satisfied with the macro shots ,, well you know that Baby lens have this blurry edges that is why it looks like this... Anyway I think I need to read and practice more about using my LensBaby ...
Since I really wanted a good Macro Lens my hubby bought me a Canon EF 100mm f/ 2.8 last month and this is my fave lens at the moment.. although its a bit heavy I still like using it ,, and I can see that I need more practice and patience....
Any TIPS on using this lens.... I'm very open to any suggestions....

This is my first Macro Monday -- I too love Lisa's Chaos. I never know what I'll find over there. I love these shots -- especially the one of the dandelion -- it has such a otherworldly look about it. Beautiful!
That macro lens is awesome, love the results!
Lensbabies, well, they can do nice stuff, but I think it takes a lot getting used to ;)
(Happy Macro Monday!)
Beautiful macro moments. :)
The Dandelion seeds with the blue backgound is a wonderful photo.
I'm joining Monday Macro for the first time today.
See you around.

Great shots...my suggestion to you: just keep using it!
I think I could use a lens like that!
My Macro Monday shot is here: moreofme24.blogspot.com
I love them all! I have not used a lensbaby but I do have the same macro lens and I love it! Sometimes I put my camera on a tripod then change the settings to AV then let the camera take longer so it gets more details. But usually I'm too lazy to get out the tripod. :) I love your macros!
You're doing great! Thanks for visiting our blog. The only advice I have is use your tripod, but like Lisa, I'm usually too lazy to get mine out! I should take my own advice!
You are doing a great job with your DSLR! I have a Lensbaby too and they do take some getting used to. I like to use it for subjects within arm's length or portraits. I have the same Canon macro lens and it is the best! A few weeks I posted a photo of a dandelion I took with the macro lens. It is here if you want to take a look.
I'm glad you joined Monday Macro and look forward to seeing more of your work.
I really like all the fuzzy pointy things on the edge of the leaf. Looks like you're learning to use that lens well.
Lovin' Macro Mondays,
