Lets celebrate

12 days till Christmas.... 

Christmas parties, luncheons or just get together with friends involve eating....
Ohh my,,, I will be stuffed this Christmas season.,,,,  for sure I might need an   eca stack
after this season of pigging out...

I've read a good tips about healthy guide for partying and I want to share it with you..
Be prepared for the inevitable over indulgences by eating well during the day and doing extra hard training sessions...
Dont go to parties starving
Dont tempt yourself by standing next ti food trays!!!!
Give guest the leftovers to avoid having tempting food around your house
keep watch of the number of alcoholic drinks yo have..
If you over indulge one evening ... Start agin with a healthy breakfast and exercise ..

Or its up to you to just be merry and enjoy tis season!!!!!!!!!!
